This training is beneficial for everyone, including all athletes, dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters, fitness lovers, yogis, regular people, etc! Classes will include flexibility & strengthening exercises with Contortion skills All attendees should bring: -Yoga mat -Yoga blocks (2) -Back Warmer (suggested but not necessary) Please wear warm clothing covering legs and abdominals. No midriffs. We will be offering weekly classes: on Tuesdays starting Aug. 17th Tues. 5:00-6:00 pm 7+ Kids Acro/Contortion Tuesdays 6:00- 7:30 pm Teen/Adult Flexibility/Contortion Wed. 5:00-6:00 pm 7+ Kids Flexibility/Contortion
