INFORMATION SHEET Spring Show 2020 For All Ages - Dance & Circus Arts PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND SEE US WITH QUESTIONS!
Dear Parents & Students: This year we are presenting our Annual Spring Show in 4 groups. This will accommodate better seating for families and a shorter show, as sometimes shows can be quite long! All Shows will be under 2 hours. Fri. June 5th Teens/Dance & Circus 7:30 pm Sat. June 6th Matinee: Kids/Dance & Circus 1:00 pm Sat. June 6th Evening: Teens & Adults Circus 7:30 pm Sun. June 7th Matinee Kids/Dance & Circus 2:00 pm We will have an exact list of who is in which show by mid-March. We will also try to do our best to make sure that siblings are in the same show.
SHOW FEES: All Students attending One Class per week purchases one costume and video of show. 2nd Child/Family - Siblings pay a discounted fee. If Student has more than one costume, there is an additional costume fee. Deposit is due by Feb. 17th (with 5th Session Tuition) Balance is due March 15th. We will begin measuring everyone for their costumes in the next few weeks. Pictures of the costumes are on the Board in waiting room. They are super cute! DRESS REHEARSALS: Along with rehearsals during class time, there will be 2 Dress Rehearsals for the entire cast: 1. Sunday May 24th - Times to be determined 2. Sunday May 31st - Times to be determined We will announce the exact times for each class by mid-April. These rehearsals are super important for the students to be properly prepared for their performances.
TICKETS FOR SHOW: Tickets will be available online starting April 1st. All seating is reserved. A Floorplan of seating will be posted by April 1st. If you need wheelchair seating or are bringing elderly people, please let us know so we can help you with those seating options. Please, no baby carriages in front rows. The show will be held at our Studio in the Circus Room. We are bringing in professional theater lighting, flooring, seating, etc. to turn it into a beautiful performance space.
