Flexibility/Contortion Training

​YOU NEED TO STRENGTHEN WHAT YOU STRETCH
& STRETCH WHAT YOU STRENGTHEN"

Flexibility/Contortion training is beneficial for everyone, including athletes, dancers, gymnasts,
figure skaters, fitness lovers, yogis, regular people, etc!
All attendees should bring:
-Yoga mat
-Yoga blocks (2)
-Back Warmer (suggested but not necessary)
Please wear warm clothing covering legs and abdominals. 
​No midriffs. No bare legs
