Flexibility/Contortion training is beneficial for everyone, including athletes, dancers, gymnasts,
figure skaters, fitness lovers, yogis, regular people, etc!
All attendees should bring:
-Yoga mat
-Yoga blocks (2)
-Back Warmer (suggested but not necessary)
Please wear warm clothing covering legs and abdominals.
No midriffs.

Ages 8+

11:00 am-12:00 noon Flexibility Fundamentals
(All Beginner Students and Students that need to be assessed)
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Build a strong and flexible acrobatic physique by starting with your foundations. Learn how to warm up,
get used to falling over, and perform basic acrobatic and tumbling skills like splits,
bridges from standing, kicking up to a handstand, cartwheels, and more.
This class is ideal for beginners who want to increase their flexibility and range of motion
and those who have natural flexibility and want to learn to control it.
$30/Workshop

12:30-2:30 pm Contortion & Acrobatics
(All previous Students and those assessed for Int/Adv Levels)
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Create beautiful and flexible body shapes by learning the art of contortion.
More than just stretching, this is a workshop style class dedicated to developing
all areas necessary for strong, safe, and graceful artistry within contortion and acrobatics.
The full first hour will consist of a guided warmup, stretching technique and contortion conditioning.
The second creative hour includes a range of flexibility training, hand balancing,
new contortion and acro skills training, partner stunts, and free time.
There will be goals to set and hurdles to overcome with a determined and open mindset!
This class is ideal for intermediate to advanced level acrobats
who want to focus on ground skills for tumbling, dance, hand balancing, or aerial
